Sheila Hicks Balgobin - Flower Essences for Stress Management
In this week's Nature Connections show I interview Flower Essence Practitioner and Psychotherapist Sheila Hicks Balgobin about the use of flower essences for stress management. We also discuss her own range of flower essences called the Spirit of Makasutu.
Sheila's Philosophy
As a practitioner of various complementary therapies and as a psychotherapist , I have found that the healing which comes from nature and flowers – either as extremely dilute flower essences or concentrated essential oils – have helped my clients to recognise and manage the emotional issues underlying their mental or physical stress.
Sheila's Specialist Areas
I specialise in: addictions, bereavement, spirituality and multicultural issues. I also work in Portuguese, French and Spanish.
