Ann and I are very happy to share our first conversation in The Nature Codes: Navigating 2025 with Earth’s Wisdom with you.

Our wish is that this series is a space where we can explore how nature is supporting us through these times, offering balance, nourishment, and a deeper connection to ourselves through vibrational essences of all kinds, and sharing different ways we have found beneficial to live alongside nature according to her cycles.

We touched on some of the common themes we’re hearing from people right now - including ourselves
